The search engine ad campaign used earlier was called CPM or cost per impression, where the advertiser had to pay a cost of some thousand impressions and then wait for clients to turn up and complete a lead. These were risky games, where most of the websites, ran a loss on the campaign. In comparison to the earlier model, PPC campaigns or pay per clicks, are much lesser of a risk, since you only pay when a user has clicked on your link. (more…)
